IKAVA now provides its customers with support and maintenance contracts a user-friendly support portal. At any time, the portal gives them an overview of all their current and past inquiries and orders (tickets) as well as their current status. Messages about issues during the execution of an automation script, triggered either by the customer or by the software robots themselves, also appear immediately in our Service Center Dashboard for further processing by our service agents.
Additional transparency is now provided by the detailed billing of the costs per ticket, which is listed as part of the regular invoicing to our customers.
